Job Description

Business Development Manager

For a large MNC Financial Services company having presence across 9 cities with 40+ branches. Products incluse Stock broking, PMS, Insurance, Wealth management, Mutual Funds, Deposits, Asset products

Reporting ; National business development head, Dotted line reporting to Regional Head

Responsibilities

Manage the assigned regions with the teams of branch BDOs and tele callers
Ensure monthly marketing activity calendar for all branches and execution of the same
Responsible for end to end tracking of leads – i.e. right from organizing an event to generate customer data base to their closure on the sales portal.
Work closely with Profile 1 BDM to ensure marketing material reach the branches in time and to monitor inventories at the branches
